The University Grants Commission (UGC) proposes that every institution should have an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation& quality improvement. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plays a crucial role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education and overall institutional effectiveness in a college. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Ismail National Mahila PG College was formulated on 02-07-2007 with Dr. Rita Garg, Department of English as the co-coordinator of the cell.

OBJECTIVES
- To ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
- To ensure institutionalization of best practices.
- To ensure enhancement and integration among the various activities of the institution and institutionalize good practices.
- To encourages research and innovation among faculty and students.
- To improve support services for students, including academic counseling, career guidance, and placement assistance.
