Computer Lab
Introduction:
The computer lab is an integral part of our college, providing essential resources and support for students, faculty, and staff. The computer lab is fully equipped with systems and latest software with an environment to implement and experiment knowledge acquired in the classrooms. All the systems have internet facilities. It facilitates a wide range of academic activities from assignments, projects to skill development. The computers are upgraded as per the needs of university syllabus and the new versions of software.
Facilities and Equipment:
The college has one main computer lab, equipped with the following:
Hardware:
- 70 desktop computers with specifications adequate for most academic purposes.
- High-speed internet connectivity with both wired and wireless access.
- Printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Software:
- Operating systems include Windows and Linux.
- A range of software applications for programming, design, data analysis, and general productivity (e.g., Microsoft Office, Libra Office, and various programming IDEs).
Accessibility:
- Labs are open from10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.

- Offer training and professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their technical skills and stay current with technological advancements.
- Organize workshops and seminars on the use of educational technology and software applications.
Promote Digital Literacy:
- Ensure all students and staff possess essential computer skills, including the use of operating systems, office productivity software, and internet navigation.
- Provide training sessions and tutorials on basic computer literacy.
Provide Reliable and Accessible Technical Support:
- Ensure that knowledgeable technicians are available to provide immediate assistance with technical issues, minimizing disruptions to academic activities
